This coming April, the Geumsancheomhwa Three-Color Spring Flower Festival will take place across various locations in Geumsan-gun.

Geumsan-gun announced at a press conference held in the county office briefing room on March 26 that it will present the Geumsancheon Spring Flower Festival, the Bogoksan Mountain Cherry Blossom Festival, and the Namil-myeon Hongdo Flower Festival.
The first festival to open is the Geumsancheon Spring Flower Festival, which will be held on April 5 in Geumsancheon Stream, where cultural and artistic performances and experiences, walking events, youth funny concerts, and food will be presented.

Then, the Mountain Cherry Blossom Festival will be held in Bogoksan-gol, Gunbuk-myeon, for nine days from April 12 to 20. The beauty of mountain cherry blossoms, which are late in bloom, has peaked late after the cherry blossoms in the city center, leading visitors to visit this place every year.
The Hongdo Flower Festival, featuring Hongdo Painter who shows off spring flowers and other elegance, will be held from the 12th to the 13th in Hongdo Village, Sinjeong 2-ri, Namil-myeon.
To ensure the success of these three unique festivals that capture the essence of spring in different ways, Geumsan-gun is making final preparations.

Son Gye-won, Director of Planning and Strategy, stated, “We are putting in extra effort to ensure the Geumsancheomhwa Three-Color Spring Flower Festival blooms beautifully in Geumsan,” and added, “We hope many people will take interest in these festivals that bring the vibrant energy of spring to our region.”
