Korea-Arab Youth Exchange Program Aims to Foster Global Leaders
The S-OIL Science Prodigy and Culture Foundation continues to operate the Korea-Arab Youth Exchange Program, aiming to promote international exchange and nurture global leaders by facilitating interactions between young generations from Korea and Arab countries.
This year, 14 Korean university students will visit Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates from February 7 (Friday) to February 15 (Saturday), 2025, to participate in various cultural exchange activities. The program seeks to encourage cultural sharing between Korean and Arab youth, enhance understanding of Arab countries, and support their growth as global leaders.

The S-OIL Science Prodigy and Culture Foundation has been running the Korea-Arab Youth Exchange Program since 2011. Established as a nonprofit organization, the foundation aims to contribute to national development by supporting outstanding scientists in basic sciences and promoting cultural and artistic exchanges between Korea and Arab countries.
In 2023, 12 Korean university students visited Saudi Arabia, where they explored the Aramco Research Center and cultural heritage sites while engaging in meaningful exchanges with Saudi students. In 2024, 12 outstanding university students from Riyadh were invited to Korea for industry visits and cultural tours, successfully completing the program.

The S-OIL Science Prodigy and Culture Foundation remains committed to further activating this initiative to foster global leaders and enhance mutual understanding between both nations.
Event Operations
This event is managed by Yanatrip Co., Ltd., a travel agency specializing in the Middle East. Based in Dubai, UAE, Yanatrip offers services across Oman, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, and Qatar, including flights, hotels, transportation, exhibitions, and MICE support. The company also supplies travel products to domestic travel agencies and provides various services through its OTA platform (www.yanatrip.com). Additionally, Yanatrip facilitates inbound travel for visitors from the Middle East to Korea.
