The K-pop supergroup BTS in October will hold a massive global concert in Busan to support the city's bid to host the 2030 World Expo.
The group's management agency Hybe said BTS will serve as official public relations ambassadors of the 2030 Busan World Expo and the concert is part of the company's promotional events.
The concert will come around seven months after the group's latest in Seoul, "Permission to Dance On Stage."
BTS will also act as public relations ambassadors during Busan's presentation at the general assembly of the International Bureau of Expositions (BIE) and continue promotional activities to help Busan's bid.
Earlier on June 24, the Busan Metropolitan Government and Hybe had signed a memorandum of understanding on the city's bid to host the Expo.o
